I shopped at Brides and Bells for my grad dress for this June, and had an awful experience. The sample size i tried on in the first place fit perfectly, but the clerk convinced me that i needed a larger size.(in the end it had to be taken in 8 inches.) I had to go in 3 times to get my dress altered and would have been more if i hadnt demanded that i get my dress the third time.They "altered" it for me to take home. It didnt fit perfectly but i took it home because i had no other time to come in since i live out of saskatoon. I also got told the reason why it was so hard to alter was because my body was disproportionate. Lovely, thanks. The morning before grad i tried it on and the seams were all bunching, and it was still much too big. In a panic i took it to my grandmothers and she found that there was an inch of fabric still left along the seams, and also that there were holes left unsewed in the dress. Good job.. Anyways if you want another stress added to your list, want to be insulted, and want to pay money for alterations you wouldnt have needed in the first place this is probably the store for you.
